PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project consisted of the construction a 33,078 sq. ft search and rescue hanger and 9,100 sq. ft CMU office building for the Las Vegas Metro Police Department. The work consisted of a Butler Prefabricated Metal Building and masonry offices with onsite, offsite water, sewer, gas and power improvements. Onsite concrete work and asphalt paving was included as well as finish landscaping. Additional work performed included security fencing, security systems, a Jib Crane and emergency generator for backup and all interior finishes. The original schedule was extended due to additional design, code and coordination changes along with County review times. An additional Climbing Tower for Training was added to the Contract as well.
