PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Boulder City Hanger and Office Space Project was a Design Build Project for Owner Robert Fahnestock. The project was designed as a joint effort between BHC and Jess Perez Architect, Inc. B&H Construction was the General Contractor on the Project and worked closely with the Architect and Owner to ensure all the Owner’s needs were met during the design phase. The two hangar facility is a total of 60,000 square feet. The shells consist of two Butler Pre-engineered buildings at 30,000 square feet each. Incorporated into the hangars are office spaces which were built as a second level. There was an addition of office space in each Hanger equaling 12,000 square feet total, approximately 6,000 sq ft for each building including multi-level interior office and storage spaces.
