With existing groundwater present at 3’ from grade, an extensive dewatering system was utilized to allow for drilling, reinforcement and concrete placement of piers. The steel structure included large glass window walls, EIFS and metal siding and roofing with metal framed interior partitions creating offices, meeting rooms, common spaces and restrooms. The building includes an elevator, full onsite and offsite utility infrastructure improvements including a sewer lift station. The site is finished with an automatic irrigation system and complete landscaping which preserves the delicate balance of nature.
