PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This 66,600 sf Ground-Up project consists of (11) individual apartment buildings, one and two story, with a total of (57) apartment units and (1) Activity Building. The project is spread out over a 6.5 acre site. Wood framed apartment buildings with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. (4) units built to meet full ADA Compliance. The project included complete ground up construction including all grading and infrastructure, utilities, roads, walks, amenities and finish landscaping. Each apartment building and unit built to meet NHD Energy Star requirements as well as specific QAP amenities such as a playground, dog park and other community spaces. This LIHTC project is regulated by HUD and the SNVRHA and included certified Davis-Bacon wage requirements. B & H Construction, Inc. self-performed all rough and finish carpentry, drywall and painting and cabinetry.
