PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The facility consists of a one story 10,000 square foot wood framed, fully sprinkled building. Included are (16) individual studio style apartments with a full kitchen, bath and living space. Each apartment is just under 500 square feet. Common spaces include a lobby, a multipurpose room, kitchen area, office spaces, restrooms, laundry facilities, and storage spaces. All of the apartments were designed and built according to ADA and ANSI standards and are ADA adaptable. Two of the apartments are fully ADA accessible. The project site includes all on and offsite utilities, exterior lighting and parking for guests and staff. The grounds are fully landscaped around an inner courtyard with a barbeque and picnic area. This project was regulated by HUD and Clark County having a combination of HUD and County Home Funds. Davis-Bacon wages were required to be paid.
