PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This 28,620 square foot Congregate Care facility consists of a two-story wood framed, fully sprinkled building. The building includes (22) single bedroom, single bath fully accessible care units is combined with common area care spaces for patients with (TBI) Traumatic Brain Injuries. These spaces include a large Main Treatment Room, smaller auxiliary Treatment Rooms, Group Rooms, a Multi-Purpose and Dining Room with full service Commercial Kitchen, Staff Offices and Medical Closets. Complete on and off-site development included concrete walks, gutters and drainage easements, exterior lighting, fully landscaped grounds, covered parking, exterior seating and patio areas and walking paths.
