PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This 60,000 square foot Veteran’s Housing facility consists of a three story wood framed, fully sprinkled building. The building includes (25) one and two bedroom, single bath fully accessible ADA apartments and (25) one and two bedroom, single bath non-accessible apartments. All apartments include laundry facilities in each apartment. Common spaces include a lobby, elevator, a community room, warming kitchen, office spaces, restrooms, exercise room, (2) whirlpool spa rooms, and storage spaces. Custom millwork finishes include built-in computer room work stations, library book cases and community room entertainment center. Complete on and off-site development included concrete walks, gutters and drainage easements, exterior lighting, fully landscaped grounds, porte cochere, covered parking for each apartment unit and an outdoor barbeque and picnic area. Patriot Place also included is a 30 kw photovoltaic system with two PV arrays mounted to steel carport structures.
