PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This 71,700 square foot Occupied – Rehabilitation/Modernization project consisted of (76) apartment units, and (1) Activity Building. A total of (10) individual CMU buildings with wood framed roofs and interiors, single and two story apartment buildings with a mix of one and two bedroom floor plans. (3) units required complete Accessible Modifications to interior and exterior for full (ADA) units. The rehabilitation project includes a complete demolition effort to remove all existing finishes on interior of all buildings. The units required some new plumbing top out and wiring distribution as well as mechanical duct distribution and venting. All new interior finishes and fixtures, including cabinets, countertops, plumbing and mechanical trim, light fixtures, millwork, flooring and appliances.

The Project also included a new landscape, planting and irrigation install as well as some accessible hardscape work creating new compliant ADA paths of travel and parking, signage and striping for the site. This LIHTC project is regulated by HUD and the SNVRHA and included certified Davis-Bacon wage requirements. B & H Construction, Inc. self-performed all demo, rough and finish carpentry, drywall and painting and Cabinets.
