PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Casa Norte is an existing 3,500 sf Residential Rehabilitation facility with care provided through Nevada’s Community Enrichment Program (NCEP). Casa Norte is a long-term, residential facility and is specifically designed to serve the special needs of adults living with a brain injury. The facility currently consists of 7 rooms and common accessible spaces and provides training, therapy and supervision on a 24-7 basis. The focus of this expansion and rehabilitation will be to provide additional rooms, accessible bathroom facility and laundry, energy conservation upgrades such as electrical and mechanical systems, windows and insulation. The facility remained occupied throughout the expansion and rehabilitation project.
