PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This Senior Housing facility consists of a three story 31,486 square foot wood framed, fully sprinkled building. Included in the building is a total of (30) individual unit ranging from 689 square feet to 1,218 square feet. The project has (24) single bedroom single bathroom units and (6) two bedroom, two bath units. Common spaces include a lobby, elevator and elevator machine room, a multipurpose room, kitchen, office space, restrooms, laundry facilities, library, computer room, exercise room, fire riser room, and storage spaces. All spaces were designed and built according to ADA standards. The 2.12 acre project site includes all on and offsite utilities, exterior lighting, fully landscaped grounds and an asphaltic concrete parking lot including and planters.
