PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This 32,000 square foot HUD Senior Housing facility consists of a two story wood framed, fully sprinkled building. The building includes (6) one and two bedroom, single bath fully accessible ADA apartments, and (28) single and double bedroom single bathroom apartments. The building includes laundry facilities, common space offices and mechanical rooms, lobby, elevator and storage spaces. The site includes all on and offsite utilities, exterior lighting, fully landscaped grounds and an outdoor barbeque and picnic area. This project required HUD inspections and Davis-Bacon wages to be paid. All regulatory requirements were successfully met.
